The Happy Clove is a fictional restaurant located in the Hudson Valley, we are in close proximity to hundreds of farms that produce a wide variety of organic, fresh, and healthy goods. We work closely with local farms, and all of our ingredients are sourced from nearby establishments.

We hope to provide fresh and delicious dishes, all of which contain garlic in some way, shape, or form. Besides the amazing taste that garlic brings to a dish, there are numerous health benefits of garlic, making it an important ingredient to consume.
